I have alcohol use disorder and am now recently sober. Blood tests from 2 weeks ago with AST 135, ALT 175. Laboratory ULN was 33. Bilirubin was a bit low. MCV a bit high. I know I had fatty liver. Does this indicate cirrhosis?

Elevated Liver enzymes: Bilirubin(7.0), SGOT, ALK, etc. Jaundiced for 2 weeks, nausea, fatigue, lack of appetite. Negative for Hepatitis, ultrasound showed liver at upper range of normal. Zero alcohol/drug use for over 10 years. Should I worry?
