Too general: I need more information. When were you at a dentist last? Do you have gum disease? Loose teeth? Obvious decay or fractures? Undiagnosed abscess?

Irritation: Your problem needs to be diagnosed by a local dentist who can examine you with radiographs and determine the cause of your pain, which can range from a cavity to periodontal disease to an abscess. Can't really tell over the internet. Feel better soon..
