Diaper rash: There are very few rashes in this part of body. 1) allergic contact dermatitis, 2). Fungal infection 3). Staph infection, 4). Eczema 5). Psoriasis and lastly 6). Viral infection like herpes etc. Need to see the rash to make right diagnosis because treatment of each one is different.
