I have a red rash on my shaft right below the head. it doesn't itch anymore never hurt. doc gave me anti fungal cream for it it kind of helps. one day i forgot to put it on and the rash was secreting a clear slimy fluid. any ideas what it is?

Most likely a yeast (candida) infection. Common in moist areas of the body . U may need an oral antifungal
