No: Lymph nodes are doing their job. Often after infections (or during) there may be some enlargement. We are concerned when the nodes are very large, tender or red then you would want an appointment. Lymph nodes are areas of immunity and cells make antibodies in response to inflammation/infection.

No need: To worry unless the swollen glands become tender, hot to touch and there is fever and your child look sick.
