Sounds great.: You could have thrown in a green leafy to get even more healthy enzymes, fiber & vitamins.

It sound healthy: But, remember portion control. You need to burn more calories than the calories you eat. Try 6 smaller meals a day and increasing muscle mass with weight lifting to increase metabolism.
