If you are trying to lower LDL then skin along with muscles is not good for you as between skin and muscles is the fat layer. Otherwise chiken skin is better than steak or pork. Does it help?

Avoid chicken skin as it is high in fat. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
