Mri spine imaging will look at bone and the spinal cord with spinal nerves cords. An aneurysm is a blood vessel defect, usually of an artery such as the aorta, which lies in front of the spine. Whether this is seen depends on the image window.

Unclear : So you mean spinal aneurysms? These are very crate but you can sometimes see them on a cervical spine MRI if they are big enough. You an also see spinal nerves being pinched in the neck as well.
