MRI AND white spots: Why you had an MRI, what symptoms you had? The current MRI resolution should provide the diagnosis of aneurysm, requires follow up. white spots, may go away or increase, you require a neurologist. Do a follow up MRI Have a neurocognitive testing Other conditions also generate white spots, you need differential diagnosis
