Was laying down and sat up. suddenly got. pain in the back of my head and in my left arm. had mri in 2013 normal. could it still be aneurysm?

Pain: the symptoms are NOT suggestive of an aneurysm but more likely due to muscle spasm or nerve irritation and should be self limiting and disappear
