No: There is nothing in mentioned tests to suggest an aneurysm. Health related anxiety appears likely that you may further address with your doc.

Why worry?: What might have prompted your concerns? Have family members suffered from brain aneurysms or polycystic kidney disease? Have you experienced headaches which lead to imaging? Perhaps further dialogue with your doctor might be helpful.
