Wrong question!: Sorry to burst your bubble but contrary to popular wish, there are no true fat burning foods, at least none w/repeatable scientific proof. While you're to be commended for exercising regularly, consider what you're doing the rest of your day. Being sedentary the other 23hrs will hamper your efforts. So will drinking anything besides water, black coffee & tea (avoid any liquids w/hidden calories).
