Not Likely!: What you are describing is not characteristic of genital heres. Genital herpes, a sexually transmitted disease, is caused by the herpes simplex virus type 2 usually but can be transmitted when an infected mouth infects the genitalia of another. It causes a painful rash that may form blisters which causes a yellow fluid filled bumps that when bursts can form ulcers that crust over seldom bleed.
