Possibly: see MD: This does not sound typical of a herpetic lesion but could be either of the other two. What concerns me is that you are asking about two very unusual lesions that suggest unprotected and risky sexual behaviors. Use of condoms may help to diminish this risk. To confirm the presence of these possible diagnoses you will need to see your gynecologist for an exam and possible biopsy.
