Maybe herpes: From your description, this could well be herpes. Not all herpes outbreaks are painful or itchy. See a doctor ASAP: testing is the only way to know for sure, and PCR or culture test for herpes is most accurate when done with 2-3 days of onset, and any more than 4-5 days often is too late.
