Sleep Study: If you feel that you are sleeping soundly and it is persistent, you may need a consultation with a sleep medicine doctor who may do a sleep study on you.

You may need more: You may need more sleep than you are getting. Try and increase your sleep time by half an hour over several days. Try and be more consistent with the amount that you are sleeping. Two hour variation is a lot. It also could mean that you are trying to do too much during the day. Talk to a close friend and share with them your thoughts. Ask them for advise. Go hawkeyes!
