Yes, you can heal: Night shifts can mess up the sleep/wake cycle. Your body is confused but can straighten out. Start a regular routine. Eat at the same time everyday. Begin to go to bed earlier every night. Increase how early in half hour increments until you are to 10 or 11 P.M. Oil massage with a warm organic oil such as sesame or olive will help, yoga poses and warm milk works. No daytime sleep!
