When is the best time to check your heart rate? when going to sleep and when i first wake up in the morning it's lower. during the day it's higher.

Heart rates vary from moment to moment and from activity to activity. I know of no reason for a young man to be checking his heart rate repeatedly throughout the day and see nothing of concern about this in your health history on your profile.
