6-12 months: Bonegrafting after extraction: 3-6 months of healing. Dental implant: 3-6 months of healing. So, depending on who you go to, the total time for the process is 6-12 months if dental implants are not immediately placed at time of extraction.

Depends: If there is adequate bone to support the dental implant. You are looking at total of 4 months for the bone graft and dental implant to heal. However, if there is significant bone missing, a 4-6 month healing period for the bone graft is needed and then another 3-4 months for the dental implant to heal. Maybe over 10 months before you can get the crown on the dental implant. Good luck.

Depend: If the implant site (tooth 10) does not appear to have any sign of infection, the root can be removed carefully and an implant can be placed immediately and grafted. Total time ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the complexity of extraction, location of the implant as relation to the root extracted, and the amount of tissue available for complete coverage after suture.

3 to 7 months: The graft can take up to four months to heal and the implant can take about three months to heal.
