Tooth #31 has been extracted with bone graft. i still have tooth#32,#2,#30. no tooth #1. tooth #2 hits #32 do i still need an implant? is it wise to rely on a wisdom tooth to do the job of an implant? will an implant for#31 cause food impaction?
