Not enough info: Everyone's different. No possibility of giving you a personalized answer over the computer. Only the Surgeon who did the extractions and the graft can give you a healing time estimate prior to fabrication of a removable partial. Could be 6 weeks to 6 months. See the Surgeon for an opinion.
