Flipper: Your dentist can make an appliance which will temporarily replace the front teeth without resting on the graft area. Ask him/her about a "Flipper".

For most, right away: If you have other abutment teeth to help support the prosthesis, it can be made so that the saddle covering the surgical site is hollowed out, preventing contact. As the tissues heal over a few weeks, acrylic can be added to allow for a better fit. Your surgeon and restorative dentist need to coordinate their efforts.

It may depend: When you can wear a removable partial denture over the grafted extraction sites may depend upon the size and type of graft that was performed, as well as what type of removable partial appliance that has been designed. Your dentist/surgeon who performed the extractions and grafts can provide you with more accurate information.
