My chess x-ray result :bilateral apical pleural thickening with underlying sub pleural blebs. is it a tb scar ?

Maybe: Apical pleural thickening could be due to TB but it could be due to previous other infections. Blebs may be due to emphysema as well. Are you a smoker? A pulmonary specialist can sort it out for you.

NO way to know: If you live in an area where TB is common, then such changes can reflect a past case of TB infection. If you live where TB is less common, these changes are not specific to TB and it is then less likely that this represents healed tb.
