Lung nodules: Based on the size and the risk factors, i think a follow up approach with serial ct chest for a total period of 2 years would be recommended and is evidence-based. The second ct chest would be in 3-6 months.

Seen in current CT of chest, previous CT in Sept 2022 these were not seen: Pleural based oval shaped nodular density 8.6 mm in right lower lobe. An 8 pleural based nodular density posteriorly in left lower lobe 4.4 mm. Is this concerning?
From my CT scan, what is nodular parenchymal opacity( 1.5 mm)? Does it indicate an old TB scar? X ray looks fine
