Congrats on wt loss: First congratulations on the weight loss. Following weight loss, especially if rapid, the fat shrinks faster than the skin can keep up, leaving you with some flab. The skin will continue to tighten to some extent; youth is in your favor. Overall good diet, conditioning, including stomach muscles, will help. Celebrate your "perfect body", even if not quite perfect. Plastic surgery is final option.

Abdominal fat: First make sure it is abdominal fat and not left over loose skin from weight loss. Abdominal fat is usually deposited by the elevation of hormones such as insulin, cortisol, and estrone. Check to see the amount of stress as this elevates cortisol. Estrone is usually deposited in menopause and so i dont think this would be your issue at age 22. Insulin is from the increase sugar.
