Pregnancy Test: Take a urine pregnancy test. If you really want to know, ask your doctor for a serum pregnancy test.

Gravid: Before an obese woman would be able to feel a fetus in her abdomen, it would have to achieve a significant size. In such women a pregnancy test is the only way to determine pregnancy early.
