See a pediatrician: A 13 month old with an acute apparently infectious illness should be examined by a professional. Do not take this upon yourself. This is particularly true if she has fever, alteration in behavior, change in feeding, irritability. Vomiting after a week of illness should warrant a visit to the pediatrician..
