URI (common cold): Suction your baby's nose with saline and the blue bulb syringe, make sure the symptoms gradually get better and do not last longer than 10 days, start pedialyte if his appetite or wet diapers decreases.Give tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever. Make an appt with your pediatrician if symptoms are getting worse or lingering, or if you see signs of respiratory distress. Monitor his activity level as well.
