My son has been coughing and its pretty constant but no fever. i have given him cough meds, he doesn't feel good he has been sleeping and not eating.?

Take him: To the doctor. He may be wheezing that is why your cough medicine is not working and he is not feeling good.He may be getting dehydrated.There is a lot of viral illness going around this time of year. Good hand washing and hydrate him.
