Good day kindly assist, our daughter of 2 yrs has been ill with flue, cough and fever since last saturday with temp between 38-39.9 we've since consulted 4 times still not well temperature is fine now but wont eat or drink she didn't sleep well ?

Observe: She may have nasal congestion which may alter the sense of taste. Continue hydration and pureed fruits. Monitor for fever. Cool air mist and nasal saline.
