My 21 month old baby develops sneezing and cough after fever subsides.do we need to use any med? can we use baby rub?he seems tired.always sleeping

Common: Both sneezing are common & benign events that are part of many viral illnesses. Studies have shown little if any benefit to meds beyond giving you something to do. I never use rubs that give off fumes at that age as they often trigger more coughing/drainage from their irritant effect on the nose. By school age rubs are fine. Sleep promotes healing & kids get what they need naturally.
