Possible teething: Without examining you child it is impossible to diagnose his exact problem. Some things you may want to consider are the status of his baby teeth coming in. If his front teeth are in he may have difficulty with his molars. If his teeth are in are there brown stains or discoloration on his front teeth that does not brush away. Visit a pediatric dentist to determine the exact nature of his problems.
