No, unless....: Are you on any blood thinners? If yes, you need to make sure your doctor is aware of it. Otherwise, i don't see any reason for concern. Just make sure you have given or will give all information pertaining to your medical history to the doctor performing the procedure.

Discuss with surgeon: The biopsy should not be a problem. But make sure you discuss your history and your concerns with your surgeon before the procedure.
