I have a bad pain in my left calf for almost two weeks now. my leg and foot are tingling like pins and needles. heat makes it worse. not a blood clot.

Cyst: You may have had a ruptured bakers cyst which could have caused pain in the calf. A tear of the muscle is also possible. The pins and needles is likely form some sort of inflammation in the leg.
