Very Possible: It depends upon the degree of misalignment and where it occurs among many other factors. Slight variations in the back or posterior region of your mouth are unlikely to change your smile. The more severe the misalignment, especially in the anterior region and especially one that affects your midline or facial symmetry, the more likely to affect your smile. Have an orthodontic consultation.
