Watch closely: If there is any abnormality in his behavior go to the er. Look for any vomiting, poor appetite, increased fussiness, a bruise on the head, increased sleepiness, less responsiveness. Also it there was a significant mechanism of injury--like the edge of the tub was sharp, or it was from a height-you should go to the er.

Hit hear: As long as he is playful and happy it is not necessary.Just keep an eye on him.If he begins vomiting or his character changes take him to the er.
