I have 2 periods a year with pcos but in last 3 months i have had 2 but this one didn't come straight on i spotted for 3 days?

See your doctor: Women with pcos are exposed to the hormone estrogen without the protective, balancing hormone progesterone. Over time this can cause problems with the lining of the uterus. Talk to your doctor about starting some form of progesterone, either daily, or on an intermittent basis.

Need Evaluation: You really need an evaluation. If your periods continue like this you will have a high chance of uterine cancer, even at a young age. If this has been going on a while a biopsy may even be warranted.
