Trying to conceive having mild pcos and irregular periods should i try clomid (clomiphene) first before going for laproscopy? or go straight away for laproscopy?

Clomid (clomiphene): Why would u want to do laparoscopy for pcos? Laparoscopy is to r/o tubal blockage, adhesions, or endometriosis or for unexplained infertilty, the surgery should be last unless u have a specific indication to do it.
