Clomid (clomiphene): Why would u want to do laparoscopy for pcos? Laparoscopy is to r/o tubal blockage, adhesions, or endometriosis or for unexplained infertilty, the surgery should be last unless u have a specific indication to do it.

Couldn't agree more with Dr Patterson. The only role for laparoscopy in PCOS if ovarian drilling and that should only be done when all medical options fail. Even then, the success rates are not dramatic.
