Ovulation with PCOS: Pcos requires expert management. Consider your goals in treatment - do you want to conceive, or are the symptoms of pcos the main problem? Insulin regulating medications like metformin are useful, but the adrenal hormones should also be assessed. Ovulation induction using clomphene or Letrozole helps with conception. Ocps can assist in controlling androgens.
