Have A Look: Swimming, cycling and running require their own targeted exercises: endurance, sprint and muscle work. Frequent (5-6x/day) and balanced meals are key with at least 40% protein included in the mix. Many people seriously training for this event hire coaches to customize their training. That said, many beachbody programs address the fundamentals. Also, check this out: http://www.Bodybuilding.Com/fun/.

Combination: Much depends on the length. Train each of the disciplines separately, first. Then begin doing "brick" workouts, mixing them up. That is 2 or more in sequence. Most common is ride/run. A 4:1 ratio works well. I.E. Ride 20 miles, run 5 miles. Practice all 3 together to learn sequence. Be sure to have eenough protein in diet, especially right after workout, to rebuild and replenish. Slow=smooth=fast.
