After 2 ectopics in the same tube and the removal of that tube, what are the chances of having an ectopic in the remaining tube? hsg- good tube.

Higher: It is possible to have a single tube damaged significantly and have the other tube remain totally normal. Most of the time tubes are damaged by either infection or endometriosis, both of which are global processes that affect a lot of different places. An hsg that confirms a tube is open does not indicate how the tube actually functions. So you still have a higher risk of ectopic.
