A member asked:

I've had two previous ectopics with removal of one whole tube and part of the other. can i still conceive naturally?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: If the remaining Fallopian tube was re-anastomosed micro surgically, then it is remotely possible. However, the same disease or obstruction in the lumen of the Fallopian tube that caused the previous ectopic pregnancies is still present to cause another one. Your best bet is IVF and not "natural" conception to bypass the tubes altogether.
