Carbs?: If you want to lose weight you want to avoid carbs. Carbs are commonly; breads, potatoes, rice, pasta. If you want to loose weight stay away from those and eat fresh vegtables and salads.

Carbs are everywhere: Most people get their fill of carbohydrates from grains: wheat, rice, oats. But healthy sources of carbohydrates would also be fruits and vegetables. Sweet potatoes and quinoa are excellent sources of carbohydrates, and even beans and lentils have carbs.

Carb intake: Best carbs are whole fruit and whole vegetables and whole grains. Of course you can add bread, potato, pasta, squash, egg plant, zucchini.
