What Works: There are huge amounts of advice around, most of it heavily biased by marketing & misinformation. Tiny errors add up big over time. Best strategy: get a scale which reads out to 1/10th pound increments, every day weigh at same time (morning probably best) wearing same clothes (ideally none) & write down your wt.
