Mild at present: This is mild bilateral fetal hydronephrosis & 11 mm is cut-off for mild hydronephrosis. Wife's OB will be ordering further maternal/fetal ultrasounds till she delivers. Volume of amniotic fluid will be checked, possible progression of hydronephrosis, sex of baby (if male ?Urethral valves), appearance of bladder + ureters, if seen. Recommend prenatal pedi. Urology consultation if hydro. Increases.

Needs to be followed: This may resolve....Needs to be followed to make sure it does not get worse and will need to be examined after birth. If it persists a urological work up will be needed.
