Unknown factors: Getting pregnant is a complicated miracle. There are countless issues. We can only test for a few that are common. She may be getting pregnant and miscarrying even before the pregnancy test becomes positive to eliminate a less than perfect baby. It may be a unique combo related to you and her together. See an infertilty: Sub specialist as your wife and you will need additional testing, as there are many differnet causes of infertitty and some are not as common as others so you need to be seeing the proper doc for a work-up.
