I just did a ultrasound and it show tht my baby renal pelvises are prominent but size is within normal range?

OK: That is OK. I would not worry if the measurement is within normal range, as yours is. You may repeat the ultrasound later in pregnancy, but for now it is nothing to worry about. Even when the renal pelvis is slightly dilated beyond normal, this usually resolves it self after birth. Severe cases, which are rare, may require management, but it sounds like you are fine.
