Renal cysts and ston: Stones in the body of kidney are inert. Cysts can get infected and if large can interfere with renal function. Your doctors can observe and advise over time.

No: Small kidney cysts are pretty common. And small non obstructing stones should not cause much issue especially if you have a history of prior stones. If concerned, check with your urologist or physician who ordered the tests.
