I have pelvic ultrasound yesterday and found out tiny non obstructing nephrolithiasis, bilateral; small renal cyst measuring 9mm, left.should i worry?

Renal cysts and ston: Stones in the body of kidney are inert. Cysts can get infected and if large can interfere with renal function. Your doctors can observe and advise over time.

No: Small kidney cysts are pretty common. And small non obstructing stones should not cause much issue especially if you have a history of prior stones. If concerned, check with your urologist or physician who ordered the tests.

Periodic eval.: The 9mm left renal cyst is nothing to worry aboul The "tiny"non-obstructing stones should be followed,say by a simple xray once a year.If you experience severe flank pain,more thorough evaluation(CT-IVP scan). The "dull lt.back pain"listed in your conditions may be musculoskeletal.Check on that with your doctor.Best wishes.
