Unpredictable : Injectables have been used to correct small irregularities. However it sounds like you have a slightly more complicated issue. The best option would be to consult an experienced plastic surgeon and discuss your treatment options. You may need surgery to achieve your goals.

Yes with caution: Yes this can be performed and is occasionally called the "non-surgical" rhinoplasty. Caution is advised and results will tend to last no longer than 1 year.

Restylane (dermal fillers) injections: Restylane (dermal fillers) or other fillers may be injected into areas of volume deficiency to improve surface features. This includes injecting the collapsed nasal tip to add volume to thinned areas. The results are temporary, as Restylane (dermal fillers) only lasts 3-5 months. Other fillers may last longer. Also, be advised that these fillers are generally not fda-approved for injection into the nose so their use is off-label.

Restylane (dermal fillers): Restylane (dermal fillers) is approved for injection into lips or wrinkles and folds. It can however be injected into the nose to correct contour deformities.Depending on your specific nose, it might be possible to improve the appearance. However, this kind of "off-label" injection can have serious complications. Seek care from a board certified facial plastic or plastic surgeon or dermatologist with experience.

Sometimes: Fillers can be used for minor post-rhinoplasty issues, in order to disguise irregular contours. See your plastic surgeon or ENT to discuss whether this might be suitable for you. Fillers don't give structural support - so if that is lacking, you'll need a cartilage graft.

YES: Injecting dermal fillers into the nose is a whole different level of injection not done buy a typical injector. I prefer Radiesse to nose injections since it is thicker and provides more of a base. The techniques are very different than other facial parts and should only be done by someone who has injected noses before and has experience.
