I recently had dermal filler injected into my cheeks and nasal labial folds, i noticed a growth at the gum line shortly after. is this filler seeping?

Filler: It will be important to go back to the doctor who did the injections and find out what type of filler was injected also the quantity of filler injected and the depth of the injections. This question can't be adequately answered without examining the area.

See Plastic/Derm M.D: Unusual for filler to be in gum line. See your treating physician. If done in a spa then, anything is possible. See a qualified treating physician as it is not easy dealing with complications of badly placed fillers or infection with filers.

Most likely: I have seen this occur on numerous occasions. You need to discuss this with your Plastic Surgeon concerning this. They may want you to see an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who is also qualified to inject these materials.
